Pain Points:
Inefficient progress tracking system- Lack of real time updates on project status, No centralized system to track changes, approvals or delays, over reliance on manual checkins via calls and meetings that take up time.
Communication gaps-Difficulty keeping all contractors, users and architects aligned due to scattered communication, misunderstandings and misinterpretation of design or project details, delayed responses causing delay in progress
Time wasted in meetings- Frequent meetings or calls to align stakeholders consume valuable time, discussions during meetings may lack focus without clear agendas or outcomes.
Approval and Decision delays- Waiting for client or stakeholder feedback slows progress, lack of transparency on who needs to approve what and when.
